Our Story

The story behind From Ashes to Beauty comes from the scripture Isaiah 61:3. The passage states, "To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified." This scripture inspired me because in April of 2016 I went through a season of ashes right before I got pregnant with my oldest child.
